About Felice - special needs The F-litter was surrendered earlier this year two small lab kelpie cross pups. Felipe and Felice who arrived not long after the J-Team and I wonder if they are not a part of the same litter. Felice is a special needs pup with hip dysplasia so needs a very special home. Felipe is very normal young dog. The pups are now young dogs with beautiful playful affectionate normal mischievous curious natures.
