Archie2 is an Australian Silky Terrier cross Chihuahua who was surrendered to our branch in Coffs Harbour because he is an escape artist when no-one is at home. If you go out however you need to lock him in the house or the garage with toys to play with and some music or the radio going and he will happily wait for you to come home. If you leave him in the back yard he will always find a place to escape his name should be Houdini and he will then run down the street to find company. Ideally he would made a great companion dog to someone who is home most of the time is happy to leave him in the house while the owner is away. It would also be great if his new home had another dog for him to play with and to keep him company as that is why he runs away. He hates being alone. He is desexed micro-chipped and immunised.
